About Our Founder

Caliber King was founded by entrepreneur and investor, Hilton Hart. A first-generation American, Hilton is the son of entrepreneurial, immigrant parents. A software engineer by trade, Hilton co-founded a legal technology company, which brought him to Texas, where he later discovered a passion for firearms.

Always on the prowl for a good deal, he often found himself scouring the internet for the best prices on ammunition. He recognized existing options were both lacking in the customer shopping experience and lagging behind the times in technical capabilities. After a successful exit from his legal technology company, he saw an opportunity, and Caliber King was born.

Under his leadership, the company aims to become the industry's preferred online destination for searching for ammunition, guns, magazines, and reloading components. Hilton lives with his wife and three daughters in Austin, Texas and always looks forward to getting back out to “the range.”
