Austin, Texas — August 20, 2026 — Caliber King released a free browser extension that lets shoppers highlight a UPC on any retailer, forum, or manufacturer page and right-click to compare live prices for that exact product. The extension opens the matching Caliber King UPC page in a new tab, with in-stock listings across nearly 200 retailers, all-in pricing when it’s available, and 90-day price history.
“I just wanted a way to quickly check whether a deal I saw on Reddit or another site was actually a good deal,” said Hilton Hart, founder and CEO of Caliber King. “The extension lets you immediately see pricing from a number of retailers and the UPC’s 90-day price history.”
The extension, Caliber King UPC Search, is available now in the Chrome Web Store and works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, and other Chromium-based browsers. After installing it:
- Double-click or highlight the UPC on the page.
- Right-click and choose Search UPC on Caliber King.
- A new tab opens to that UPC’s Caliber King page.
Caliber King takes privacy seriously, so the extension does not read the rest of the page, run in the background, or collect browsing history. Choosing the menu item is the only time information (the UPC) leaves the browser, and only so that Caliber King can open the matching product page.
